Who we are

What data we receive

Only what you send us yourself: through the form on the contact page, through WhatsApp or by email. Usually that is your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and what you write to us. The form reaches us as an email through our hosting (Vercel) and the mail service Resend, and you get a confirmation yourself.

What we use it for

To reply to you and to plan an intro call. If we end up working together, we keep your data in your client file for as long as the partnership runs and as long as the law requires. If it doesn't become a partnership, we don't keep the contact longer than needed to wrap it up.

Who we share it with

With no one, except the services we need to talk to you: our mail (Google Workspace), the mail service that sends the form (Resend) and WhatsApp (Meta). We don't sell data and don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, without cookies and without being able to recognise you as a person or follow you across days. The fonts and most images are on our own hosting (Vercel); the images and films of the cases come from our content system (Sanity, cdn.sanity.io). Both keep, like any server, technical logs with your IP address, which are deleted after a short time. Nothing else loads from third parties.

Your rights

You can always see what we have on you, have it corrected or have it deleted. One email to info@novae-agency.com is enough. If you feel we don't handle your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
