Yes. Most conversations start that way. In half an hour we look at your business and your goals, and afterwards you know what the logical first step is. Just pick “Not sure yet” in the form.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Nothing. It helps if you can tell us where you are now and where you want to go. If you have a site, a brand identity or earlier videos, we look at those together.

What happens after the first call?

You get a proposal with what we'll do, in which order and when. If you agree, we plan the first step. Strategy, concepts and scripts are ready before anything is made, so you see every step before the next one starts.

Am I tied to anything?

A project has a start and an end. A collaboration runs month by month, without a yearly contract: a full cycle every month, and every month we look at what worked and what didn't.

Who owns the files?

You do. You get everything in the formats you need, plus the source files and the raw footage.
